Retained Search
$5000 deposit (25% of base salary)
This
option calls on Careerboat’s parent company, Brooks Marine Group, and their
core competency of true strategic search and recruitment. BMG conducts a Needs
Analysis Profile with the client, and then maps out a process of identifying,
attracting and retaining high-caliber talent. Brooks Marine ensures timelines are set, candidates are
pre-screened thoroughly, interviews are coordinated/travel arranged, references
are checked, counter offers are covered and relocation assistance is provided. To

[link text]. If no candidates are hired through this process, Brooks Marine
Group refunds
the entire $5000 deposit.
